Core supports or therapeutic supports funding are used to provide this service. We have over 20 years of professional practice in the mental health sector, working with adults with significant mental health disorders including;

- Psychotic disorders
- Participants experiencing self-harm and suicidal thoughts/behaviours.

Able-iQ case managers assist with complex recovery needs through a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy. We work with participants and their networks (stakeholders, insurers and other professional services) to coordinate services and supports to meet a participant’s holistic needs.
Services include:
- Negotiation with insurers;
- Coordinating health appointments;
- Developing and monitoring individual plans;
- Collaborating with allied health teams;
- Ongoing support throughout rehabilitation process.
